Zidianakis Garage Winery is a small state-of-the-art winemaking establishment, working with mainly with indigenous white and red grape varieties. It is located in the village of Agies Paraskies Pedias, 20 km southeast of Heraklion, Crete, in Peza, an area characterized by moderate altitude and fertile soil, favouring high fruit yield all year round. Many wines produced in the wider area of Peza bear a Protected Designation of Origin (PDO) indication.

For decades now, our family has been following the trail blazed by its forefathers. We cultivate our vines with never-ending love and care, from harvesting to bottling, paying particular attention to each winemaking phase. In 2021 we took the initiative to go a step further: apply the style and knowledge we have acquired over the years, combine it with the latest technology and create the Zidianakis Garage Winery production unit. A space quite small, but fully equipped with all the latest technological means for winemaking and wine monitoring at all stages.

Admittedly, fine wine comes from fine vineyards. That is why we apply the Integrated Management method in all phases of viticulture activity, which involves every environmentally friendly practice. Focusing on the minimal use of chemicals and the application of controlled methods, such as green harvesting and suited pruning, we aim to improve the raw material quality and not simply to increase the production volume.

Our goal is to make a fine wine, inextricably linked to the land and our zest, for people of refined taste.
